NCI is a growing, fast-paced commercial painting company building strong momentum in the market. As our project volume continues to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Painting Estimator who thrives in an energetic environment built on structure, accountability, and precision.
We’re looking for someone who can confidently break down blueprints, analyze specifications, and produce accurate, competitive bids using our take-off software. If you take pride in detail, enjoy working against deadlines, and want real opportunity for growth, this is the role for you.
Job Responsibilities
- Review and interpret commercial blueprints and specifications
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs using estimating software
- Develop accurate, competitive, and profitable bids
- Analyze labor production rates, materials, and project scope
- Conduct site visits as needed to validate project requirements
- Manage multiple bid opportunities while meeting deadlines
- Collaborate with project management to ensure smooth job handoff
- Participate in post-bid reviews to strengthen margin performance
Core Competencies:
- Proven commercial estimating experience (painting preferred)
- Strong proficiency with estimating software
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
